Soul Calibur IV for Xbox 360

Being a fan of the Microsoft genre of consoles, I've always wanted to have some games that other console owners normally boasted about. One of those games is now finally making its way towards my console. That being said let me introduce you to the best of the best when it comes to sword fighting games!

Soul Calibur IV

As you might know, there aren't a lot of sword fighting games out there, excluding if you want the samurai showdown series, which went down the drain when Snk and Neo-Geo died out. So what's so special about the game? Well it's as original as it can get when it comes to swordplay.

Apart from the usual hack and slash game play this version of Soul Calibur introduces a lot of other aspects never before seen in a game, with options such as the soul charge (which is basically a super move that eliminates almost 50% of the health bar), along with the soul meter which shows you just how dark or light oriented your game play is!

You'll notice that this version of the game has a lot of different swords along with other things that you might not see in other variations of the game.

You'll notice that the game has a lot of other unlockable content as well, you can go online and find a lot of things that you won't find elsewhere when it comes to gaming, just remember though, don't get addicted too badly. I know I did, and spent about 15 hours playing the game non-stop. It's just what's within your soul that matters when it comes to Soul Calibur IV for the Xbox 360!
